Matthew B. Eckstein
Matthew Eckstein is an experienced trial lawyer with a vast amount of courtroom experience. Matthew’s practice encompasses family law, a broad range of civil litigation, representation of business entities, including general litigation, contract disputes, forming business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies, real property litigation, personal injury and workers’ compensation. He also has experience in wrongful death cases, juvenile law, sexual harassment and complex litigation. Matthew was also a founding member of the First Choice Recovery for Children and Families, Family Drug Court in Cleveland County. Matthew served as a member of the board evaluating participants and representing clients for over ten years.
